  • 1 tablespoon butter

For Topping:

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until the dough comes together.
  3. Knead for about 8 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Step 2: Prepare the Filling

  1. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté until softened.
  2. Add thinly sliced ribeye steak and cook until browned. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside to cool.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Cut into strips.
  3. Place steak mixture and cheese along one side of each strip, then roll tightly to seal.

Step 4: Bake

  1. Arrange breadsticks on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder, parsley, and Parmesan on top.
  2. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
