Instructions
1: Prepare the Batter
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, honey, and sugar until light and fluffy.
